We have indefensible evidence that outlines how FIRSTPLUS are making its Customers Pay for FIRSTPLUS mis-selling of PPI.  The countries interest rates have remained low, yet FIRSTPLUS have kept its rates intentionally high to pay for its mistakes.  You the customer are paying the price, not only were you mis-sold the PPI you are paying for the compensation yourself.

FPC aim to take a Class Action approach to achieving fair and honest management of FIRSTPLUS customer loans while also demanding fair compensation to ALL customers regardless of whether or not they took out PPI.
