Leaked information from the Financial Ombudsmen has backed up our views that Barclays is the worst offender at treating customers unfairly. With over 1400 new claims a month from customers, its not a suprise why this sites popularity has sky-rocketted over the past month. Clearly the government must now step in and rid this country of the plague of barclays employees and there unfair practices. We would call upon the shareholders to stand up and demand that the board change there ways or they themselves be changed.
Next month the name and shaming of worst offenders will be made public, which is likely to hit the Barclays share price, and once a reputation for UNFAIR practices is made public, the deludge of complaints and compensations will only rise further.
Let us help you fight Barclays and reclaim your PPI, we are also building a case against the unfair terms with respect to interest rates. We can help you with letters, calls, FOS Complaints and we now have a retained legal firm and barristers who are happy to litigate Barclays Firstplus and take your case all the way to court.
With many FPC cases now under litigation, we are looking forward to our first court dates. Barclays Firstplus are also under litigation for not disclosing commissions paid to them for the sale of Payment Protection Policies, with figures showing that the commissions paid could be up to 70% of the PPI amount. Clearly as many of the members here have stated.. "I would never have taken out the loan or PPI had I know this" Our legal team is watching these cases closely.
6 months on and 500 families strong, this site has seen huge success for its members, we are dedicated to bringing justice for Barclays Firstplus Customers, and the next 2 months are filled with Radio, TV and Print interviews. We will continue to pressure the regulators and the government to punish the unfair practices of Barclays Firstplus.
Join in the campaign and make life a little easier for the victims of Barclays Firstplus.
